Overview

Built a proprietary sales channel with Astro 5 for maximum performance and a direct WhatsApp checkout flow, cutting out intermediaries.

Every architecture and design decision was made with scalability, performance and real business impact in mind. The result speaks for itself: Recovered 15% of profit margin per order and a fully-owned customer database from month one.
